Business Architecture

Transforming your business model and its capabilities that includes the organizational structure, processes, information and technology, to effectively deliver value to customers, is the role of business architecture. We develop end-to-end business architecture models to guide strategic decisions and initiatives, and develop road maps to evolve your business to its future state.

Data Management

The internet has given rise to a data revolution. Concepts like Data Mining, Data Science, and Big Data prove that organisations are becoming more data-driven. Technologies such as AI and Machine Learning are moving organizations in this direction, but there's a catch. Without properly managed data, these technologies are futile. We can assist in data management with respect to developing your data strategy, data architecture and how to improve the quality, security and governance of your data.

Training

Business Architecture

We offer training in the business architecture based on the 'Realize' framework. This framework is unique to our consulting service and represents a practical approach in using business architecture to drive effective business transformation. The 'Realize' framework incorporates tools and techniques from the BIZBOK knowledge guide developed by the Business Architecture Guild, and the Open Business Architecture (O-BA) from the Open Group.

TOGAF 9.2

The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is the leading, globally recognized framework and certification used by architects in developing enterprise architecture. We offer training and exam preparation in both the Foundation and Certified levels.

ArchiMate 3.1

We offer training in ArchiMate, which is a modelling language specifically designed by the Open Group, to model both business and enterprise architecture. We offer training and exam preparation in both the Foundation and Practitioner levels.

Lean Six Sigma

Six Sigma is a business excellence practice that originated in the motor manufacturing industry. It is now the most widely used methodology in business. It uses a structured methodology supported with statistical data analysis to reduce variability in a process. By removing variation, more efficient and more predictable processes are created. This enables your organization to deliver products or services with consistency resulting in more happy customers. We offer Yellow, Green and Black Belt training course to individuals or organizations.
